When will you restock?

Batch production ‘yucks’, it couldn’t achieve the same 100% quality & consistency. That’s why, we aim to only release each design for once, it will no longer restock upon sold.


How long will it take to get my package?

Shipping time varies by location & custom clearance on your country. These are our estimates for Standard Shipping Method:

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 180 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What shipping methods are available?

Standard shipping will be shipped by ePacket which takes from 1 – 25 days depending on countries. You can upgrade to express shipping to speed up the delivery by DHL / FEDEX / TNT.

What about custom?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. However, we usually declare the parcel below $18 to help you avoiding taxes from your country.

How do I place an order?

  1. Add your item to cart on any product page
  2. Click on the cart icon on the top right of the menu to view cart.
  3. Click checkout.
  4. Enter your billing info and make payment on the checkout page.
  5. Done.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you may checkout as guest. However creating a account allows you to be quickly identified during your visit to the website.

  • Update your personal information

How can I cancel or change my order?

All orders can be cancel or change until they are processed. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancel or change.
