Refunds & Returns Policy

International Refunds

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (60 days not including 3-5 days processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you received the wrong item, defect item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

You are allow for refunds if


  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the guaranteed time of 60 days.
  • The item you received was not as described on the product page.
  • The item you received has serious manufacture defect. (minor loose seam, shape difference, minor colour difference are not valid for this claim)



You are not allow for refunds if


  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, you did not collect the parcel within the requested time)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of (i.e. not cleared by any customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 7 days after your received your item. You can do it by emailing us at [email protected]

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and the payment will be return via your original payment method within 10-25 business days.


Refunds Options

Full Refund – When you do not receiving your item within 60 days, or return the item at your own return shipping cost.

Partial Refund – When you prefer to keep the item instead of returning the item to us.


Return & Exchange

You can return for an exchange with other item or size within 7 days from the date of tracking delivered. However, you will need to be responsible for return shipping cost, & re-shipping cost to your delivery address. All goods returned must be in original condition, non-used, intact packaging. Failure to do so may lead to reject of exchange or refund.

Buyer will not be compensated if the package is lost in transit or seized by any custom during return process.
